Southside Diabetes & Integrated Care is pleased to offer primary care services. By utilizing a holistic approach to health and wellness, we are passionate about helping individuals achieve their best state of health. Our holistic model empowers patients to take the lead in their journey toward wellness.

We also provide diagnostic services, including lab testing, flu and COVID testing, urinalysis, and vaccinations. School and sports physicals are available by appointment, with options for insurance and self-pay. Same-day sick visits are offered for established patients.
