Ashley is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong commitment to patient-centered care. With seven years of nursing experience and over 500 hours of supervised clinical training, she is well-equipped to deliver compassionate and effective care. Ashley holds advanced degrees in nursing, including a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner, and has a diverse background in family medicine, surgery, and home health.

In her most recent role as a Family Medicine Triage Registered Nurse at VCU Health in Richmond, VA, Ashley conducted thorough patient assessments and facilitated efficient patient flow during visits. She also brings valuable experience from her time as an Operating Room Registered Nurse at Southside Medical Center, where she managed patient care during surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to safety standards and asepsis. Previously, Ashley served as a Home Health Director at Care Advantage, Inc., where she oversaw patient care plans, trained agency field employees, and ensured the delivery of quality home health services. Her exceptional performance earned her the Clinician of the Year award in 2019. 

Licensed by the Virginia Board of Nursing and certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, Ashley is skilled in patient education, advocacy, and quality improvement. She volunteers with Breakthrough T1D, reflecting her dedication to both her profession and those she serves. 

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family and pets, embodying a holistic approach to well-being.
